Jennifer Duddle from Young has been recognised on the 2020 Hidden Treasures Honour Roll.

The Hidden Treasures Honour Roll is updated annually to pay tribute to rural women who go above and beyond in serving their communities.

Member for Cootamundra Steph Cooke today presented Ms Duddle with a certificate and flowers, celebrating her service to the Young community.

“For the past six years Jennifer, or Gaga as many call her, has been teaching a music and dance class for preschool aged children at the Young and District Community Hub,” Ms Cooke said.

“Her volunteer work has inspired a love of music and dance in so many of our young people, bringing them out of their shells, building confidence and playing an important part in their development.”

“She is a deserving recipient of this honour and we are so fortunate to have her as a member of our community.”
